- Mykola, your vacation was quite short as in June you featured for Ukraine national team. Did you have enough time for rest?
- Sure, two weeks is enough time to have rest. First of all I wanted to get ready for the training camp properly as in missed a lot last season. I must improve my physical conditions.
- Were international matches beneficial or harmful for you in this regard?
- I’m not sure. When I joined the national team I wasn’t quite ready to play, but I did. Then we had vacation. It’s difficult to estimate my conditions, but I feel better and better day after day. It’s important to me.
- Do you have any difficulties concerning adaptation to the new club?
- I don’t. Difficulties occur when player has problems with physical conditions. First days were really tough for me. Today I feel better.
- How is Dynamo training process different from the one you had in Metalurh?
- Work in Dynamo is more intense, so it demands constant concentration. Dedication is vital here. That’s normal if the team has ambitious goals. Each Dynamo player must work as hard as possible.
- You are Dynamo trainee, but you featured for other teams for a long time… Does Dynamo current game style suit you?
- It’s okay for me. I just want to benefit the team and enjoy the game.
- You’ve been playing alongside Moraes for several years already. What can you say about his game qualities?
- He’s a skillful and aggressive forward. Even though his anthropometric data isn’t impressive he’s very strong. Junior is a very good player and I hope he’ll prove that in Dynamo.
- What are your expectations of the start of new season?
- I want to improve my physical conditions, earn the place in the main squad and benefit the team. I hope we won’t have problems in domestic league. Everything should be done gradually.
- Are you really willing to win trophies?
- I want the team to win them, but I don’t aim for individual awards.
- Dynamo next official game is the Ukrainian Super Cup. How difficult it will be?
- I think the game will be difficult for both sides. I guess we’ll be ready to fight for win.
