Benfica: first brace of Roman Yaremchuk

Benfica faced Vitoria de Guimaraes away within the Primeira Liga matchday 7. FC Dynamo Kyiv trainee Roman Yaremchuk was in the Eagles’ starting lineup (7th time this season).

He opened the score 30 minutes into the match and ten minutes later increased the lead.

This is the first Roman’s brace for Benfica. Generally he’s already scored 4 goals in 5 Portuguese competitions matches.

The final score of the game is 3:1 for Benfica, who’re domestic league leaders with 21 points after 7 matchdays.

Barcelona: first goal of Luuk de Jong, triumphant return of Fati

Barcelona played the La Liga matchday 7 game on Sunday. They hosted Levante UD at the Camp Nou.

Memphis Depay opened the score 6 minutes into the match from the penalty spot. Eight minutes later Luuk de Jong scored his first goal for Barcelona.

In the 81st minute, 18-year-old Ansu Fati made his first appearance since November 7 2020, when he suffered bad knee injury. 10 minutes later he hit the target with a spectacular strike from outside the box.

So, it’s 3:0. Now Barcelona are 5 points behind Real Madrid, having played one game less.
