Andrii Yarmolenko sets historic achievement for Ukrainian football

By taking the field in the first Euro-2024 group stage game against Romania, FC Dynamo Kyiv winger Andrii Yarmolenko set an uncommon achievement. He became the first player in Ukrainian football history to perform at four European Championships.

Andrii made a substitute appearance 62 minutes into the match while the Yellow-Blues lost 0:3.

Yarmolenko participated in Euro-2012, Euro-2016 and Euro-2020. He played 12 games, scored 2 goals and got 3 assists to his name.
