Benjamin Verbic, who scored FC Dynamo Kyiv first goal at the third winter training camp, has told about the game against FK Indija (4:0).
- How difficult is it to start the training camp right upon arrival?
- Of course it’s not easy. We woke up early in the morning, went to the airport, had some sleep aboard, then had lunch and some rest upon the arrival. And then we had a friendly. But we’ve got used to it. We move on.
- Did you expect this kind of resistance from the Serbian First League side?
- As Buialskyi said in his recent interview, UPL teams mostly defend against us, while all clubs we face at training camps try to attack. Indija moved well and created a lot of chances. We need to analyze our mistakes.
- At previous training camps you mostly played for 45 minutes each. Today the starting lineup played for 60 while substitutes featured for half an hour and then had 30-minute session. Is your endurance getting better?
- At previous training camps we were focused on fitness while at the last one we’ll mostly work on tactics. I guess players will get more game practice.
- At the third training camp you’ll have friendlies each alternate day. Will players cope with that?
- Sure. At two previous training camps we played regularly too. We like it more than just training.
