- Danilo, what are you expectations of the World Cup curtain-raiser?
- Real feast starts in Brazil. I feel that though I’m far away from my motherland. The whole country wants our team to demonstrate good play, to score goals and to win. Players experience great pressure. If we succeed against Croatia things will get easier after that. It’s important to start the tournament with victory.
- Are you waiting for lopsided win?
- I think it will be enough to defeat Croatia by any score.
- Who should Domagoj Vida and Ognjen Vukojevic beware?
- Croatia are experienced team. Draw will be a satisfactory result for them. As for Brazil, every player has his strengths.
- With whom of Brazil internationals did you feature for the same team or against each other?
- There are many such performers: Fernandinho, Bernard, Jo, Tiago Silva, Ramires, Fred, Willian.
- Will Brazil win the sixth World Cup?
- I hope so. I also want Brazil to perform against Argentina in the final. This derby has a long history. It is the same as match against Russia for Ukraine.
