Dynamo in Poland: farewell to Uniejow, moving to Lodz

On Saturday, August 13, FC Dynamo Kyiv said goodbye to the town of Uniejow with gratitude to all people and mayor Jozef Kaczmarek. Our team felt very comfortable in this town.

After breakfast, Dynamo went to Lodz, where they’ll be getting ready for the Champions League qualification play-offs against SL Benfica. The White-Blues will be staying at the same hotel as previous times. In the afternoon the team had a training session.

Players are very motivated as they realize there’s one step left towards the group stage of the most prestigious club competition of Europe. Guys are saying these matches will be for our Heroes, so they must get ready properly.

The session started with a scamper and a warm-up. Then players did some exercises in squares aimed at speed, skills, accuracy and endurance.

Later Kyivans did some speed-ups, practiced possession and passing, worked on tactics issues and shots on goals.

After intense session, the White-Blues had reconditioning procedures at the hotel.
