The first week of the White-Blues’ training camp in Turkey is over.
The team had two sessions every day and even practiced in the morning before the first friendly.
Sunday wasn’t an exception either – Dynamo had two sessions as well. The morning one included a lot of interesting exercises players did in groups.
At the first location, after breaking into pairs, they alternately tried to catch up with each other, moving in a limited space around the training layouts.
In the second location, two players stood facing each other and at the coach’s signal had to run around training racks of two different colors. The race started the moment coach called the color of the rack that should be run around first.
In the third location, two players were supposed to run around the training ground and hit a small goal from distance.
These exercises caused a real surge of good emotions in players. For the next exercise players were divided into teams. It turned out to be competitive as well. One group threw the ball in and the other ran towards the penalty area aiming to score with a header. By the way, outfield players who already attempted, performed the role of goalkeepers.
Then there was a mini tournament for four teams on a smaller field. Instead of a bid goal they aimed to hit two smaller ones. The green team won the competition.
The morning session finished off with shots on target. Outfield players were shooting from different distance while keepers were playing alternately.
The afternoon session also finished with shots and saves and goalkeepers had quite a lot of work to do again.
Generally, the session included many game and tactics exercises. Special attention was paid to set pieces.
In the upcoming days Dynamo will play two friendlies. On Monday they’ll face the most titled team of Poland – Legia Warsaw. On Tuesday they’ll oppose the Uzbekistani side Pakhtakor.
