FC Dynamo Kyiv are getting into the rhythm of the first winter training camp in Spain.
In the morning of the second day, the team worked at the hotel gym equipped with all the necessary stuff.
At first coaches showed how to do each exercise after which players were divided into several groups for work.
There were both classic strength exercises and unusual ones like pushing the weight.
This exercise provoked a lot of emotions. Guys sincerely supported everyone doing it.
Assistant coach Ognjen Vukojevic also took part in the challenge.
One of the most “football” exercises was aimed at possession as players were supposed to obstruct while opponent pushed them with a big fitness ball.
- At the morning session players were offered a number of exercises aimed at speed and strength. We need to have such sessions at least three times a week, – told Dynamo physical trainer Vitaliy Kulyba.
Players were doing every exercise fast as time was limited. There were short breaks between attempts.
After some rest, the team will have another session on the field.
