UEFA Youth League. Dynamo – Benfica – 4:0

Dynamo youth team hosted the Portuguese side SL Benfica coevals in the UEFA Youth League matchday 1 game.

The match took place at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Stadium with the presence of quite a lot of supporters.

The White-Blues opened the score early in the game. Referee awarded free kick for Kyivans in the right wing. Voloshyn put a cross into the penalty area and Bol hit the target with a header – 1:0!

Halfway through the first half visitors responded with a dangerous cross, but Neshcheret did a good job and reached the ball.

Dynamo could double the score half an hour into the match. Goalkeeper parried the strike by Voloshyn, Popov was the first to obtain the ball, but sent it over the bar.

Late in the first half Benfica created some decent opportunities, but Dynamo defense and goalkeeper coped with the pressure.

The White-Blues got more active after the break and eventually succeeded again. Opponent fouled against Diallo inside the box, referee awarded penalty and Brazhko made it 2:0 from the spot.

After that Benfica had a decent chance as Ronaldo Camara attempted into the bottom corner, but Neshcheret coped with the shot.

Soon after that referee disallowed another goal by Bol as Anton was flagged offside, but in a minute the White-Blues made it 3:0. Voloshyn hit the far corner after spectacular attack!

One more minute later Samba Diallo scored the 4th goal of the game. So, it’s 4:0 for Dynamo.
