- The first stage of preparation for second part of the season is dedicated to players’ physical conditions. We work a lot on stamina, later we’ll pay attention to speed and reaction. At the second training camp we’ll focus on technical skills and tactics.
- Shovkovskyi, Koval and Rybka get equal amount of game practice at the moment. Will the situation be the same at the second training camp?
- Time will show who can demonstrate his best qualities. By the end of the second training camp we’ll form the squad which will perform against Valencia CF. At the moment all goalkeepers are on equal footing. Everyone has game practice. Nobody has privileges.
- Olexandr Rybka didn’t play for two years. Have you ever faced such situation?
- I haven’t, but sometimes it seems that Rybka didn’t have such a long break.
- Can you compare todays Rybka with the one he was in 2009?
- He’s got much more motivation. Olexandr had a lot of time to acknowledge different things. I think today he has more psychological resistance than he used to.
- Did you just want to help Dynamo trainee or you really considered Olexandr to be good enforcement for the team when he was offered a contract?
- It’s well-known that he is a good keeper. We believe that he is able to regain his best conditions. It’s all in his hands.
- Are there any peculiarities of work with Olexandr Shovkovskyi based on his age?
- He fulfills practically the same amount of work as other goalkeepers. He still has good coordination, speed and agility, besides he is very experienced.
- How can you estimate Maxym Koval’s play in autumn of 2013?
- One should analyze the play of whole team in general. Dynamo had difficult period in autumn, many new performers joined the team. Maxym tried to do his best. We believe that he has great future.
- Is Artur Rudko ready to compete against more experienced teammates for regular starting spot?
- He is in good conditions. Working with the main squad he makes a step forward. I think he can become a good keeper.
- Dynamo have three high profile goalkeepers…
- Don’t forget about Denys Boiko who features for FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk on loan. It’s much worse when the team has lack of good performers.
