Vitinho was born is Sao Jose dos Campos, state of Sao Paolo, and made his first football steps at the academy of local club. In 2014, when he was 15, he joined Ferroviaria, association club in Araraquara.
In 2018, Vitinho was signed by more famous Athletico Paranaense. He’s considered to be the trainee of this club. In his first season, he made four state league appearances. The following year, he played 16 matches and scored 2 goals in the Brazilian Serie A. He also scored two goals in 9 state league matches.
The player featured in Copa Libertadores and Sudamericana.
This season Vitinho played 27 matches. He scored 9 goals and got 4 assists to his name. Generally he’s made 60 appearances for Athletico Paranaense first team (15 goals, 7 assists).
