On September 1, Ukraine national team played the fourth 2020 World Cup qualifier – against Kazakhstan away.
As you know, the Yellow-Blues drew in three previous matches – against France, Finland and Kazakhstan at home ground (1:1 each time).
This time Ukraine opened the score 2 minutes into the game as Yaremchuk hit the target after pass from Karavayev. Our team had more opportunities after that, but was only one goal in front after the first half.
Kazakhstan responded with a goal after the break, but it was cancelled due to offside. Still in the following attack Valliulin made it 1:1.
Three minutes into the stoppage time, Sikan sent Ukraine in front and it seemed the Yellow-Bleus would win, but in a minute Valliulin equalized again.
Seven FC Dynamo Kyiv players featured for Ukraine in this game: Vitaliy Mykolenko, Illia Zabarnyi, Olexandr Karavayev, Vitaliy Buialskyi, Serhiy Sydorchuk, Mykola Shaparenko and Viktor Tsyhankov.
