FC Dynamo Kyiv captain Serhiy Sydorchuk took part in the press conference before the Champions League group stage matchday 6 game against SL Benfica at the Estadio da Luz.
- Dynamo don’t have any competition motivation. What will you fight for tomorrow?
- Coach wants us to demonstrate decent football and enjoy the game. Besides, there’re certain bonuses in the Champions League.
- Dynamo faced Benfica in the first group stage game. Have they changed since then?
- They haven’t changed a lot, considering what Mister showed us at theory classes. I think this time they’re under more intense pressure. They approached the match in Kyiv after a winning streak. Now they aren’t doing so well. I guess that’s tough from psychological point of view.
- Your team faced a flight delay yesterday. Has it influenced your training schedule?
- It hasn’t a lot. We just went to bed later. It’s great we arrive two days before away games.
- Did you watch Benfica match against Sporting? Don’t you think this was ideal counterattacking football one can apply against this team?
- We watched some episodes of the match, stuff we should pay attention to. I think Mister will tell us more tomorrow.
- What kind of football will Dynamo demonstrate tomorrow?
- I hope we’ll play the way we did in the second half of the home match against Bayern.
