FC Dynamo Kyiv player Serge Gnabry answered journalists’ questions at the press conference before the Champions League group stage matchday 2 game against FC Dynamo Kyiv.
First of all Serge assured everyone he’s already fine after back issues he had: “I’ve got better, thank you!” – said the player.
- What’s going on now was my goal before I came to Bayern. I’m proud I’m important player for the team. I always want to make headway, win and be the best – that’s fun.
Team spirit? It’s incredibly important. Even if you’ve reach the final, both sides want to win. It’s vital to get on well with teammates. We have proper team spirit which simplifies things.
This year there’re many good teams that will lay claims upon victory. We have great atmosphere. We’re very excited and want to succeed. We aim to win the Champions League again.
We always set new goals. We enjoy football and want to preserve this feeling.
Of course victory against Barcelona was important, but tomorrow we’ll face another opponent. We must demonstrate our will to win. Many Dynamo players feature for Ukraine national team we faced before.
