On Sunday, February 5, FC Dynamo Kyiv played another friendly at the training camp in Turkey – against the Danish First Division side Vejle Boldklub.
This time defender Olexandr Tymchyk and forward Vladyslav Vanat couldn’t take the field due to minor health issues, but Mircea Lucescu used two different lineups anyway.
Dynamo opened the score early in the game. Dubinchak rushed through the left side, crossed it to the six-yard box line and Supriaha headed the ball in – 1:0.
Kyivans kept attacking afterwards and hardly let opponents create anything. Popov missed with a header after corner, Lonwijk almost used the cross from Benito and then sent the ball a bit wide from outside the penalty area.
After the break, another Dynamo lineup controlled the situation on the field, but didn’t create a lot of scoring chances. Meanwhile, Danish side could equalize as they had some decent opportunities and even hit the post in the 67th minute.
Anyway, the White-Blues managed to increase their lead. Kabayev obtained the ball in the left wing, passed to Harmash, Denys found Yatsyk and Olexandr hit the corner with accurate strike – 2:0.
In the following attack, Horbach appeared one-on-one with goalkeeper, but hit the post.
So, it’s 2:0. On Monday Dynamo will play the next friendly – against KF Shkendija from North Macedonia.
