FC Dynamo Kyiv hosted FC Vorskla Poltava in the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 4 postponed game.
Visitors demonstrated they weren’t going to just defend early in the match as Kane attempted with a header after cross from Krupskyi – the ball went wide. Then Poltava side had another opportunity as Khrypchuk was the first to react to the rebound inside Dynamo box – his shot was blocked by Bilovar.
Gradually the White-Blues started creating chances as well. Braharu moved from the right wing towards the center and sent the ball past the far post. Then Vorskla keeper parried the shot by Shaparenko from distance.
Eventually, in the 33rd minute, Kyivans opened the score. Ceballos scored his debut one for the club as he headed the ball in after cross from the corner.
In a couple of minutes Dynamo increased their lead. Teammates found Shaparenko in a promising position, his shot was blocked, but Karavayev obtained the ball and netted it – 2:0.
As the second half kicked off the White-Blues continued attacking and totally could count on another goal, but Rubchynskyi didn’t manage to score after spectacular pass from Shaparenko.
Then Karavayev missed from distance while goalkeeper coped with the chip from Braharu and parried the shot by Pikhalionok.
In the 81st minute visitors revived the intrigue as Iyede hot the corner with a header after cross from Nesterenko – 2:1.
Dynamo closed the game in a stoppage time as Isenko intercepted outside the penalty area, but let the ball slip away and Pikhalionok sent it in with a fabulous strike from long range – 3:1.
