On January 14, FC Dynamo Kyiv first team players will get back from vacation. Before that we called the White-Blues’ midfielder Vitaliy Buialskyi. He told the official web site of the club about his vacation and shared his expectations of the second part of the season:
- Unlike the last year, this winter vacation my family decided to stay in Kyiv, so I’m afraid there’s nothing interesting I can tell you (smiling). We celebrated New Year and Christmas at home. I also visited my parents in Kalynivka (Vinnytsia region).
- Every year you bring presents for trainees of your native Avanhard sports school in Kalynivka. Did you do in this year?
- Unfortunately, due to quarantine, I wasn’t able to go there personally, but, as usually, I sent kids presents. Besides, this is the second year in a row that we couldn’t have traditional annual football tournament.
- On October 29 your son was born. Has your life changed a lot since then?
- Not really as he’s our second child. Daughter helps us eagerly. We called our son Danylo.
- How do you spend final days of vacation?
- In the morning we take our daughter to kindergarten. Then I run errands as I won’t have much time when the season restarts.
- Have you had enough rest?
- Sure. Now we can get back to work. As far as I’ve spent the vacation at home I really want to get back to training process.
- Did you work individually during the vacation?
- Of course I did. I’m not 15 anymore, I know how to spend vacation and how to get ready.
- What do you expect of the upcoming training camp under the charge of Mircea Lucescu? Have you been to Spain before?
- Actually I haven’t been to the region where we’ll be working this year. As for the training process, I guess it will be approximately like what we had last winter. Besides, we’ll play a lot of friendlies – 4 within 10 days. That’s not bad. We have quite interesting opponents. Anyway, we’ll regain our best fitness only around the late February.
- The battle for the UPL title will be really intense, won’t it?
- Sure. It’s all in our hands. We must move from one match to another. If we gain three points in every game, everything will be fine.
