FC Dynamo Kyiv halfback Vladyslav Kabayev told about the start of the second stage of the training camp after the friendly against FC Politehnica Iasi (2:0).
- The second part of the training camp is under way. Did you really need a few days off before that?
- Yes, we did a good job in Kyiv which was quite tough after vacation. Here we worked with the ball for two weeks and coach let us have three days off so that our families could visit us.
- Is it hard to play two friendlies in a row after three days off?
- It’s up to the coaching staff how to schedule our friendlies. It’s not easy, but not a big deal. All players go through this.
- How ready are you physically?
- We’re having two sessions a day. I’d say we’re 65% ready. There’re a lot of games and training sessions ahead. Friendlies show we have things to work on.
- How are youngsters doing at this training camp?
- I like their attitude. They’re doing their best. Tsarenko and Yatsyk have already scored. Transition from youth to adult football is not easy, but Mister says guys are doing well.
- What are your plans for the upcoming days?
- After the game, we’ll have afternoon session. Besides, there will be a theory class. On February 14, we’ll play the next friendly.
