FC Dynamo Kyiv forward Vladyslav Vanat, who scored against FC Veres Rivne, has commented upon the win of the team (1:0):
- We all knew we would have a vacation after this game, but we needed to stay focused to increase the gap in the table. I’m glad I’ve managed to score. Veres played really well. They’re a good team.
- The score is 1:0. Were you nervous late in the game?
- The score was really dangerous. Both sides had chances, but I think we deserved to win.
- You’re leading the UPL strikers’ competition after today’s goal…
- What matters to me is that the team wins.
- Did you practice free kicks like the one when you scored?
- No, it was our players’ improvisation. Basically the pass was to Voloshyn, but I took the shot and scored.
- This was your last game of the year. Are you tired?
- Of course we are. From games and being on the road. Now we have time for rest.
- What did coach say after the game?
- He congratulated us on the win and said we need to have proper rest. This year the vacation will be a bit shorter, but I think three weeks is totally fine. We’ll gather on January 4.
- What are your plans for the vacation?
- I plan to go to Lviv, Bukovel and then home. We don’t have any special holiday traditions. It’s just nice to get together.
