Brazhko replaced by Mykhavko: changes in Ukraine’s national team squad ahead of November matches

There have been two forced changes in the Ukraine national team squad ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against France (November 13) and Iceland (November 16).

Shakhtar midfielder Yehor Nazaryna has been called up to replace Volodymyr Brazhko while Dynamo Kyiv defender Taras Mykhavko replaces Arseniy Batagov - both original call-ups were ruled out due to injury.

As a result Dynamo Kyiv will have three representatives in the upcoming national team matches: Taras Mykhavko, Oleksandr Karavaiev and Mykola Shaparenko.

Additionally five more Dynamo players - Ruslan Neshcheret, Kostyantyn Vivcharenko, Oleksandr Tymchyk, Oleksandr Pikhalonok and Nazar Voloshyn - have been included in the reserve list.
