The UEFA Champions League playoff qualifying round drawing has been held in Nyon.
Just like at previous stages, participants were divided into Champions Path and League Path.
Two couples of teams from the League path, including Dynamo, that succeed in the 3rd qualifying round, will feature in the playoff round.
Before the drawing, four couples of the 3rd round were divided into seeded and unseeded. The couple Dynamo/Sturm was unseeded.
According to the drawing, the playoff round of the League Path representatives will be as follows:
FC Dynamo Kyiv/SK Sturm Graz – SL Benfica/ FC Midtjylland
Royale Union Saint-Gilloise/Rangers FC – AS Monaco FC/PSV Eindhoven
The first leg will take place on August 16/17 while the second – on August 23/24. Winners of this stage will qualify for the Champions League group stage while losing sides will perform in the Europa League group stage.
