Dynamo U19 defender Denys Dykyi shared his emotions after the victory over Shakhtar (4:1) in the Matchday 26 game of the National league U19.
— I’m very happy that we won. I’m grateful to everyone who fought on the pitch today, as well as to coaches, doctors and massage therapists for preparing us so well that we went out and got the result. For me this is a principled match - it’s Shakhtar! I’m very glad that my goal set the tone for the victory.
— What emotions did your goal bring you?
— My whole family came to the game today. I told them I wanted to score. It just happened that I managed to do it. I’m very happy.
— Today Dynamo scored four goals, and Pavlo Liusin made a hat-trick. Despite this Dynamo is still three points behind Shakhtar in standings. What needs to be done to win the championship?
— First of all, I congratulate Pavlo - it’s his first hat-trick. It was very impressive, especially in such a match. As for standings, we’ll try to win all remaining matches. Every match is like a final. Yes, we are three points behind now but we’ll hope to win all our games and that Shakhtar will drop points somewhere.
