After the international break, FC Dynamo Kyiv got back to work to get ready for upcoming domestic league matches.
Internationals rejoined the team on Thursday. This day Kyivans had afternoon session. Still internationals needed some time to recondition after long trip, so major preparations started on Friday.
Dynamo had one training session and media representatives were free to attend it. Before the session the team had a lasting theory class.
The work outside started with warm-up. Physical trainer offered players a number of exercises aimed at dexterity and strength.
Then the team practiced combinations, build-up and finishing. Afterwards goalkeepers worked separately while outfield players focused on possession under pressure. Later the team worked on tactics taking the next opponent into account.
Olexandr Tymchyk practiced individually. Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, Volodymyr Shepelev and Mykola Shaparenko didn’t take part in the session while youth team player Taras Mykhavko did.
The White-Blues will be training afternoons in the next two days. On match day they’ll have another theory class.
FC Dynamo Kyiv will host FC Vorskla Poltava on Monday, September 18. Kick-off – 17:00.
