Husiev and Tsarenko called up to Ukraine U21 national team for upcoming matches

The head coach of the Ukraine U21 national team Dmytro Mykhailenko has determined the list of players he will count on in the upcoming official and friendly matches of the “yellow and blues”.

Two Dynamo players, who are spending the current season on loan at other clubs, have been included in the list of 24 footballers – defender Oleksiy Husiev («Chornomorets») and midfielder Anton Tsarenko («Lechia», Poland).

It should be noted that during the upcoming international break, Dmytro Mykhailenko’s side will play two UEFA Euro 2027 (U21) qualifying matches – against Türkiye (September 26) and Croatia (October 2). The “yellow and blues” are also scheduled to play a friendly against the Albania U21 team (October 5).

We remind you that Ukraine are currently third in Group H, having collected eight points after six matches, five points behind Croatia and three points behind Türkiye.
