On Monday, December 11, FC Dynamo Kyiv will play their last match in 2023.
The White-Blues will host FC Obolon Kyiv in the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 17 game.
Dynamo didn’t have much time for preparations as on Thursday they played the postponed matchday 3 game against Metalist 1925.
The following morning Olexandr Shovkovskyi’s men gathered at the training ground. Those, who were in the starting lineup the day before, were mostly reconditioning.
On Saturday the whole team worked together. Before the session Kyivans had a theory class and worked out at the gym.
The gym has all the necessary equipment for a football team. Players are training and recovering here under the supervision of rehabilitation coaches. This time Volodymyr Shepelev and Denys Popov were working individually.
The major work began on the field which in frosty December weather is kept under a special protective film that was removed immediately before the session.
After brief scamper the team practiced with the ball. They focused both on teamwork and individual skills. Special emphasis was on set pieces.
As you know, Dynamo will face Obolon on Monday, at 15:00.
