In the Ukrainian Cup Round of 32 match between Oleksandriya and Dynamo the white-and-blues saw the debut of their new signing - Nigerian midfielder Shola Ogundana. He came on at halftime, replacing Vladyslav Kabayev, and played the entire second half.
In the 85th minute Ogundana scored with an assist from Nazar Voloshyn, making the score 2:1 in favor of Dynamo.
The 20-year-old Ogundana joined the team only recently, at the beginning of September. In his homeland he played for Remo Stars before moving to Brazilian side Flamengo, initially on loan and later on a permanent deal.
The match against Oleksandriya ended with a 2:1 victory for the Kyiv side.
