FC Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Vitalii Buialskyi has commented upon signing the new contract with the club:
- Signing the new contract is great to me as I’ve always dreamed of playing for Dynamo. So, this means a lot. I’m happy that Dynamo count on me.
- You’re one of Dynamo leaders and key players, so it’s a great news for the team as well.
- If they offered me new contract, I guess I’m doing all right. I help Dynamo the way I can and they help me, so it’s mutual.
- Did the negotiations last long?
- Not long. At first we discussed it with the president on the phone. Then we met and agreed upon the detail quickly.
- Did you discuss it with the gaffer Oleksandr Shovkovskyi or someone else?
- Yes, we had a good conversation that helped me decide. I also discussed it with my wife and some teammates, asked for their opinion. Of course they said I should stay.
- You’ve signed new two-year contract. What goals do you set for yourself?
- I want to help the team win every game, help in the training process. I also aim for progress myself.
