Dynamo faced FC Bayern Munich coevals away within the UEFA Youth League matchday 2. Kyivans approached this game as group leaders due to lopsided win against Benfica while Bayern lost against Barcelona.
Dynamo had a chance to take the lead in the seventh minute as Samba Diallo almost used the mistake of Nick Salihamidzic.
A few minutes later, Diallo found Nazar Voloshyn, who attempted from unpromising angle and missed.
In the 16th minute, Diallo had another opportunity. He obtained the ball after low cross by Vivcharenko, but goalkeeper coped with his strike.
Home side responded with dangerous free kick. Yusuf Kabadayi hit the bar.
The score was opened 33 minutes into the match. Tsarenko put a cross to Diallo, who headed the ball in.
Both teams started the second half actively and exchanged scoring chances.
Munich side attacked persistently, but Dynamo were more effective. In the 57th minute, Tsarenko found Diallo with a vertical pass, Samba entered the penalty area and hit the corner.
In a few minutes, Kyivans made it 3:0. Yatsyk passed to Voloshyn, who scored with a one-touch shot!
Diallo could get a hat trick to his name in the 65th minute in one-on-one situation, but goalkeeper saved Bayern.
Anyway, eventually the White-Blues scored the fourth one. Skrypnyk appeared in a very promising position and hit the near corner – 0:4.
So, Dynamo remain at the top of the group table having 6 points after two matches.
