Dynamo Kyiv’s history includes many legendary players but when it comes to trophies a clear group of all-time leaders stands out. These records can be viewed in two ways: by total number of trophies (including league titles, domestic cups, Super cups and European competitions) and by the number of league titles alone.
The most decorated player in the history of Dynamo Kyiv is Oleksandr Shovkovskyi. The legendary goalkeeper, who is also the club’s all-time appearance leader, won an incredible 30 trophies during his career. These include 14 league titles, 11 domestic cups and 5 Super cups. He holds the club record in all three categories, making his achievement unmatched in Dynamo’s history.
Second place is shared by two iconic figures: Oleg Blokhin and Serhii Rebrov each with 18 trophies. Blokhin’s honors include 7 league titles, 5 domestic cups, 3 Super cups and 3 European trophies, making him the only player in club history to win three European titles. Rebrov, on the other hand, won 9 league titles, 8 domestic cups and 1 Super cup, highlighting his consistency across a long and successful career.
Valentyn Belkevych ranks fourth with 17 trophies, followed by Yuriy Dmytrulin with 16 and Vladyslav Vashchuk with 15. Volodymyr Bessonov has 14 trophies to his name. A group of players with 13 trophies includes Maksim Shatskikh, Oleh Husiev, Oleh Luzhnyi, Andriy Husin and Anatoliy Demyanenko. Notably, Oleh Luzhnyi is the only player among the most decorated group who won major trophies in both the Soviet and Ukrainian eras.
Several other players collected 12 trophies each including Yevhen Rudakov, Serhii Baltacha, Andriy Bal, Andriy Nesmachnyi, Oleksandr Holovko and Volodymyr Veremeyev.
If we focus only on league titles Oleksandr Shovkovskyi again leads with 14 championships. He is followed by Serhii Rebrov, Yuriy Dmytrulin and Vladyslav Vashchuk who each won 9 league titles. Oleh Luzhnyi and Valentyn Belkevych each have 8 titles.
A larger group of players won 7 league titles, including Volodymyr Muntian, Andriy Husin, Oleg Blokhin, Oleksandr Holovko, Oleksandr Khatskevych, Dmytro Mykhaylenko, and Serhii Shmatovalenko. Players with 6 league titles include Volodymyr Bessonov, Volodymyr Veremeyev, Andriy Nesmachnyi, Maksim Shatskikh, Serhii Fedorov, Viktor Kolotov, Vitaliy Kosovskyi, and Yevhen Rudakov.
Overall, these records highlight the remarkable consistency and success of Dynamo Kyiv across different eras. From the Soviet period to independent Ukraine, the club has been shaped by players who not only achieved individual greatness but also contributed to a long tradition of winning.
