FC Dynamo Kyiv have played in a draw against Besiktas JK away within the Champions League group stage matchday 2 – 1:1.
Comparing with the previous game against FC Olimpik Donetsk (4:0) Serhiy Rebrov made four substitutions in the starting lineup. Antunes, Harmash, Buialskyi and Yarmolenko replaced Sydorchuk, Makarenko, Tsyhankov and Fedorchuk.
Home side players were really active early in the game, especially Talisca. He unleashed several shots, but Artur Rudko coped with them easily.
Besiktas opened the score with a help of free kick. Korzun fouled against Aboubakar in front of the penalty area and Quaresma hit the upper V.
After the break the White-Blues managed to change poor first half statistics (no shots on target) for better. Eventually pressure Serhiy Rebrov’s men applied paid off 65 minutes into the game. Rybalka put a cross into the box from the right flank and Tsyhankov, who made a substitute appearance a couple of minutes before that, netted the ball.
This goal gave Dynamo confidence and made the Eagles nervous. Yarmolenko didn’t manage to score in one-on-one situation.
The outcome is away draw which has let the White-Blues leave the last place in the table.
