BATE

FC Dynamo Kyiv have played in a draw against FC BATE Borisov in a friendly at the training camp in Turkey – 1:1.

Both sides started the game actively. BATE created the first chance. Borisov side forward eluded two defenders and attempted from the right side of the box, but Bushchan cleared the shot.

Kyivans responded with dangerous low cross by Karavayev to Rusyn, but BATE keeper also did a great job to save his team.

After such intense start both teams settled down a bit. There was a lot of scrimmage, but few scoring opportunities. Nyakhaychyk had probably the best one, but he lost his duel against Bushchan in one-on-one situation.

Anyway, Dynamo managed to open the score. After pass from Shaparenko, Kedziora rushed through the right side and put a cross into the penalty area, where Verbic netted the ball.

Right after the break Duelund attempted with spectacular curler, but goalkeeper parried the ball.

Meanwhile BATE used their chance. Shepelev fouled against Drahun inside the penalty area and Borisov side midfielder converted from the spot himself.

Dynamo responded with shots by Verbic and Duelund, but goalkeeper Chichkan was there for his team again. BATE had a dangerous free kick from the left side, but Bushchan coped with the challenge.

Several minutes before the time opponents exchanged incredibly decent chances. Verbic sent the ball over the bar from inside the box while Skavych failed to score from unpromising angle.

So, it’s 1:1.
