Comparing to the last fixture against FC Volyn Lutsk the White-Blue starting lineup was changed almost by halves. Dragovic returned after suspension, Sydorchuk performed in the midfield as Haruna has picked up an injury. Belhanda, Lens and Mbokani featured instead of Bezus, Yarmolenko and Ideye.
On November 24 two Dynamo performers celebrated their birthday: Danylo Silva (27) and Jeremain Lens (26). Besides on November 22 the White-Blues president Ihor Mykhailovych Surkis turned 55.
Game aspects
Kyivans started playing keep-ball at once while visitors demonstrated defensive football. Still Hoverla didn’t experience great pressure. Viacheslav Hroznyi’s men tried to counterattack.
Dynamo created first scoring chance as Lens missed the target from the box. After that Khacheridi didn’t manage to hit the Upper V. 20 minutes into the game Shovkovskyi cleared Niculae’s shot.
Three minutes later home side opened the score. Husiev took a corner, Khacheridi tried to head the ball in after which Mbokani obtained it and hit the bottom corner – 1:0.
Almost half an hour into the match Belhanda put a cross into the box, Nad didn’t clear it properly and Lens made the score 2:0 for Dynamo!
In the first half the White-Blues right back Danilo Silva suffered an injury, so Domagoj Vida took the field.
Right before the break Husiev didn’t score in one-on-one situation.
Hoverla started the second half actively. Ikande unleashed a good shot, but Shovkovskyi parried it.
83 minutes into the game Mbokani and Sydorchuk played one-two and Serhiy scored Dynamo third goal with a spectacular shot.
