Olexandr has made 400 appearances for Dynamo in the UPL, 58 – in the Ukrainian Cup, 7 – in Super Cup and 135 in euro cups.
Shovkovskyi made his debut for Dynamo on March 6 1994, so it took him 21 years 2 months and 28 days to reach such record!
Legendary goalkeeper has prolonged his contract with Dynamo and he’ll benefit the native club for at least one more year.
As for statistics, Olexandr has another aim – 412 appearances in UPL. At the moment this record belongs to Oleh Shelayev.
