Spanish referee Alberto Undiano Mallenco has been selected by the UEFA Referee Committee to take charge of Wednesday’s return leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off tie between FC Ajax (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and FC Dynamo (Kyiv, Ukraine).
Born on 8th October, 1973, Alberto Undiano Mallenco made his debut in the Primera Division in October 2000 at the age of 26 and got his first Champions League match in 2007.
In Amsterdam, the 36-year-old official will be supported by compatriots Fermin Martinez Ibanez and Juan Carlos Yuste Jiménez, while José Luis Paradas Romero will be on duty as the fourth official. The two additional referees will be Carlos Clos Gómez and Fernando Teixeira Vitienes.
Thomas Partl of Austria and Milovan Nikolic of Slovenia will act as UEFA delegate and referee observer, respectively.
