- We played orderly. The team acted pretty well when not in possession. We analyzed the previous game. It turns out it’s possible to succeed against any team.
- What kind of changes have you introduced?
- We didn’t let Shakhtar attack quickly when our attacks stopped. Laterals and supporting midfielders played properly.
- Did absence of Antunes influence the game?
- This player has already left the team. Tamas played quite confidently.
- When will Oleh Husiev take the field?
- We have tight schedule. He’ll take the field when it’s possible. He’s reconditioning gradually. Oleh is experienced player and he’ll be fine.
- Could you please comment upon substitutions?
- Players got tired. Mbokani and Harmash asked for substitution. Derlis did really well in the first half, but we needed fresh blood on the flank.
- What do you think of Gonzalez’s horizons in the team?
- I count on all players. Derlis fulfills what we ask him to.
- After the previous game Yarmolenko said that the team that wins the Super Cup loses the league…
- Super Cup is only one game, so anything can happen. The league is a long distance which demands stability.
In conclusion I’d like to mention the quality of refereeing throughout final 15 minutes. The referee did well for 75 minutes, but then started noting strange fouls.
