- It’s always difficult to oppose teams that only defend. After the first goal things became easier for us.
- Do you feel nervous before the match against Everton?
- We don’t. The score is 1:2 for Everton, so we must score to reach the next stage.
- How do you feel playing at Dynamo Stadium?
- It’s nice and comfortable.
- This was the first match for Serhiy Rebrov as a coach at this arena. Did he pay attention to that fact?
- We recalled times when we played here. The turf is of really good quality here, so I think we can keep featuring at Dynamo Stadium.
- Were you anxious before taking the penalty?
- I know what you mean. I didn’t score from the spot several times, but I worked on that at training sessions.
- Will this lopsided victory give you confidence before the match against the Toffees?
- Sure, it’s always great to win. We realize that our play in Liverpool wasn’t really good. On Thursday the situation must be different.
