Our team played eight matches with four of them in the Ukrainian Premier League, two – in the Ukrainian Cup and two in the Europa League.
Kyivans won three of those games, suffered one defeat and four more fixtures ended in a draw. Goal difference – 10:6.
Unfortunately the White-Blues have finished their euro cups campaign. Still they’ve made important step towards the domestic title.

So, let’s have a look at three April laureates.
3rd place. Jeremain Lens (466 votes)
Jeremain got the biggest number of votes after the home match against ACF Fiorentina as he scored a spectacular goal. In the return game he was sent off before the break for two bookings that were doubtful.
Lens took part in seven fixtures last month and missed only the math against FC Chornomorets Odesa. In general he featured for 472 minutes. He didn’t score in domestic competitions, but assisted his teammates.
2nd place. Olexandr Shovkovskyi (1116 votes)
Team captain and leader Olexandr Shovkovskyi is second in April. He got the biggest number of votes for Kyivans’ vital UPL match against FC Shakhtar Donetsk.
Draw was satisfactory for Dynamo and the White-Blues gained it. Confidence of goalkeeper #1 of our club inspired his teammates. Olexandr also got a lot of votes for away game against ACF Fiorentina as he saved the team quite often.
Last month Shovkovskyi took part in five matches that is equal to 450 minutes. He conceded only three goals.
1st place. Andriy Yarmolenko (1415 votes)
According to fans’ polling Dynamo best performer in April is Andriy Yarmolenko. This season he also got this title in August, September, October and December.
Andriy has deserved that with his play and attitude to work. Today he’s example to follow for youngsters.
Yarmolenko had the best rating after matches against FC Chornomorets Odesa, FC Zoria Luhansk and FC Volyn Lutsk. He didn’t score, but played effectively and got three assists to his name.
In April Andriy featured for 90 minutes in four UPL fixtures and two Europa League games. He also performed for 27 minutes against FC Olimpik Donetsk in the Ukrainian Cup.
