Yuriy Moseychuk from Chernivtsi is to take charge of the Kyiv derby between Arsenal and Kyiv this Saturday. The 36-year old will be accompanied by assistant referees Mykola Levko and Mykola Vasyuta, while Pavlo Chyzhevskyy will act as fourth official and Borys Voskresenskyy and Valeriy Avdysh will act as UFF (Ukrainian Football Federation) observers.
