- How did your football way start?
- I watched football on TV like other kids. When I found out there were trials at Dynamo football school I asked my father to take me there. There were a lot of boys like me, so I played for Dynamo-Vidradnyi for several years. That’s a branch of Dynamo school, so we also trained at Nyvky training complex. Later I joined Dynamo reserve team, but had little game practice for about three years.
- You played for youth teams for five years: reserve team, Dynamo-2. Weren’t you ready to throw in the towel considering that you didn’t perform for the main squad?
- That made me work even more. The only thing I wanted was to play somewhere on loan to prove coaches I could perform on top level.
- Don’t you regret you had loan move to FC Hoverla Uzhhorod only last year? Was this period beneficial for you?
- I don’t regret anything. Featuring for Hoverla I gained confidence and got game practice. I also got mental strength which is vital when you struggle for starting spot.
- Are there shot’s goalkeeper can’t parry?
- I think there’s no shot that can’t be cleared. It’s all about your position and decision you make.
- Is there any goalkeeper, who’s your idol?
- When a kid I liked Oliver Kahn and of course Olexandr Shovkovskyi.
