Last season this 27-year-old back was included into Europa League all-star team by UEFA experts. In November of 2012 he made his debut for France national team.
Tremoulinas’ achievements and trophies are:

- 2008/09 Coupe de la Ligue winner;
- 2008, 2009 Trophee des champions winner.
Having signed a contract Benoit stated that he would like to choose 28 or 33 squad number.
He has also mentioned that the letter “s” should be pronounced in his surname.
