Comparing with the previous match against AEK Athens FC Olexandr Khatskevych made two substitutions in the starting lineup. Mykyta Burda and Ruslan Rotan replaced suspended Yevhen Khacheridi and Vitaliy Buialskyi. For Ruslan it was the first official game after his return to Dynamo.
Halfway through the first half home side scored the only goal of the match. Mykola Moroziuk took a free kick and hit the wall, but Viktor Tsyhankov obtained the ball and netted it from inside the box.
Early in the second half Benjamin Verbic substituted Derlis Gonzalez and thus made his debut for the White-Blues.
