Four Dynamo players and head coach – in UPL matchday 24 all-star teams

Danilo SILVA

Football.ua: “Metalist created potentially good counterattacks and Dynamo defenders faced some problems. Anyway right back Danilo Silva coped with Blanco, Gomez and other performers, who appeared on his wing.

Interesting fact. Match against Metalist was 100th for Danilo Silva in the UP”.

Denys HARMASH

UA-football (1st time in all-star team): “Kyivans halfback is reconditioning rapidly after serious injury. Though Harmash made some mistakes as Dynamo faced Metalist he worked both for attack and defense throughout 90 minutes. Denys opened the score after Horiainov’s mistake and besides referee awarded penalty for the White-Blues for the foul against him”.

FootBoom.com (1st time in all-star team): “Though Denys played not very effectively for defense, his creative actions were a success. That includes the goal he scored, penalty awarded for Dynamo for the foul against Harmash and great amount of work he fulfilled with Andriy Yarmolenko”.

Andriy YARMOLENKO

Football.ua: “There were a lot of claims to Yarmolenko this spring, but he demonstrated worthy play as Dynamo faced Metalist. Yarmolenko took part in the majority of the White-Blues scoring chances.

Interesting fact. Yarmolenko is the matchday leader in two main individual attacking actions: shots (6) and key passes (5)”.

UA-football (4th time in all-star team): “The White-Blues right winger managed to score only from the spot, but with no doubt Yarmolenko was the most active player of matchday 24. His unpredictable actions baffled Metalist defenders rather often”.

FootBoom.com (5th time in all-star team): “UPL fixture against Metalist was much more a success for Dynamo skipper then the Ukrainian Cup match against Kharkiv side. He created the major part of the White-Blues attacks together with Harmash, unleashed some worthy shots from distance, converted from the spot and made way for Dieumerci Mbokani, who scored Kyivans fourth goal of the game”.

Dieumerci MBOKANI

UA-football (4th time in all-star team): “African battle took place in the UPL matchday 24 fixture between Dynamo and Metalist. Congolese Mbokani had to look for the way to goal defended by Nigerian Yussuf and Senegalese Papa Gueye. Dieumerci coped with his opponents rather often and eventually hit the target several minutes before the time”.

Oleh BLOKHIN

UA-football (2nd time in all-star team): “It was Kyivans first win against direct competitor in 2013/14 season. The White-Blues defeated Kharkiv side rather confidently even though visitors equalized the score twice. Thus Oleh Blokhin’s men preserve good chances for Premiership”.
