A delegation from FC Dynamo Kyiv took part in the farewell ceremony for Mircea Lucescu in Bucharest, paying tribute on behalf of the entire club to an outstanding person and a great coach.
Surkis brothers expressed their sincere condolences and words of support to Lucescu’s wife, Nelli, as well as to his entire family.
“Mircea is not only part of Dynamo’s history - he is part of our family”, - said Dynamo president Ihor Surkis who was unable to attend the ceremony due to illness.
Mircea Lucescu was a legendary coach who led Dynamo Kyiv for three years and guided the team to a domestic treble in the 2020/2021 season.
