Denys Harmash: rethinking
Dynamo fans must remember the friendly match between the White and Blues and AC Milan, dedicated to 80th anniversary of Kyiv team. That day Denys Harmash made his debut for Dynamo. His play impressed not only fans, but even Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani.
Still it took Denys two more years to become the first team regular.
As Finnish halfback Roman Yeremenko left Kyiv Harmash goat a chance to show his best. And he’s wholly used it!
At the moment Denys is one of Dynamo leading midfielders.
Harmash is known for his excessive emotionality. In 2012/13 season he got seven bookings and two red cards. But this season he’s got only two yellow cards. “I have rethought some things” – stated Denys.
Still Harmash demonstrated his explosive temperament in Kyivans’ last game against Zorya Luhansk as he was booked for obscene language.
At the moment Denys has made 21 appearances in the UPL 2012/13 season (1498 minutes played). He’s got two goals and five assists to his name.
Ruslan Rotan: Every dog is a lion at home
Ruslan Rotan made his debut for Dnipro in 1999. He managed to develop his talent due to the famous Ukrainian coach Yevhen Kucherevskyi.
In 2005 Rotan was signed by Dynamo Kyiv. But 2006/07 season was a failure for him because of numerous injuries so he returned to Dnipropetrovsk.
They say every dog is a lion at home. That’s what has happened to Rotan. At the moment he is a skipper and a true leader of Dnipro.

Denys Harmash first met Ruslan Rotan on the pitch as they both played for Dynamo against FC Ihroservis Simferopol on October 31, 2007.
It’s interesting that they have never faced each other playing for different teams.
In general Harmash took the field 3 times against Dnipro (W-1, D-1, L-1) and Rotan played 9 games against Dynamo (W-2, L-7).
