On March 28, Senegal U23 played the AFCON qualification play-off round second leg against Mali.
In the first leg Senegal succeeded confidently 3:1, but in the second one suffered lopsided defeat – 3:0 – and thus didn’t qualify for the finals.
FC Dynamo Kyiv player Samba Diallo made his debut for Senegal U23 in this game, but didn’t manage to help his team.
