On Saturday, January 4, FC Dynamo Kyiv players’ vacation came to an end.
The White-Blues gathered at the Dobrobut clinic to have a scheduled medical examination.
The players took turns visiting doctors – therapist, cardiologist, ophthalmologist, neuropathologist. Kyivans also did tests and underwent various examinations – a cardiogram, ultrasound of internal organs, starting with the thyroid gland, an ECHO of the heart, duplex scanning of the brain vessels, and others.
The results of the examination will be processed within a few days, after which they will be transferred to the club doctors. Other functional studies and tests can be carried out directly at the club training facility, where there are all the necessary conditions and equipment.
Dynamo doctor Anatolii Zhuchka has told about the medical examination in more detail:
- Medical examinations are carried out regularly, according to the plan. All players undergo the examination by specialists of a narrow focus, functional studies, and also do tests. Then, based on the results of the examination, they receive permission to train and participate in competitions.
The medical examination is carried out to ensure that all players are functionally healthy and can receive physical exertion. It’s also necessary to check that no one has caught a viral disease during the vacation. And to start treatment in time so that the person can fully train.
We receive the first results of the examination even before it ends. We understand the overall picture. If there is a suspicion of any problems, it’s worth waiting for the test results – this is a few days.
This year, the vacation was very short, so everyone returned in excellent shape. But most importantly, in a good working mood.
