The day before the UEFA Champions League final group stage game against SL Benfica, FC Dynamo Kyiv had traditional pre-match activities at the Estadio da Luz.
After Monday flight delay and late arrival in Lisbon (at about 23.00 local time), players were allowed to sleep a bit longer in the morning. After some rest, the White-Blues had bus tour around Lisbon. Upon the return to hotel and lunch, the team had a theory class and went to the Estadio da Luz.
At 18:30 local time, Dynamo head coach Mircea Lucescu and skipper Serhiy Sydorchuk answered media questions at the press conference.
Benfica had open training session in the morning at their training ground Benfica Campus. Their head coach Jorge Jesus had a chat with journalists before Dynamo representatives did.
After the press conference, Kyivans took the Estadio da Luz field. Benfica home ground is one of the biggest football stadiums in Europe. It has a capacity of 65 thousand seats.
Journalists were allowed to follow Dynamo training session for 15 minutes. The White-Blues used this time for warm-up, jogging and exercises with the ball.
On the match day, the team will have the last theory class. Two hours prior the kick-off, Kyiv side will go to the stadium.
The match will start on December 8 at 22:00 Kyiv time.
On Thursday morning, Dynamo will leave for the capital of Ukraine.
