Dynamo about to leave for first training camp

After doing COVID-19 tests and having medical examination, the White-Blues worked all together.

This time Carlos de Pena, who’s returned from Uruguay, joined the team. It took him quite long to return to Kyiv as a lot of flights have been cancelled due to the quarantine.

On Wednesday, morning session started at 10:15 and lasted more than two hours. At first there was some work-out at the gym after which the team went outside. 28 players including 4 goalkeepers took part in the session. Nazariy Rusyn, Volodymyr Kostevych and Mykyta Burda keep recovering from injuries.

At first Mircea Lucescu gathered players around and announced plans. Then the team did scamper and warm-up. After that there were game exercises, coordination exercises etc. Goalkeepers worked separately. It all finished with mini-tournament.

In the afternoon Dynamo will have another session. On January 15 Mircea Lucescu’s men will leave for UAE to have the first training camp that will last till January 25.
