As you know, suspended Yevhen Khacheridi and Serhiy Sydorchuk couldn’t help Mykhailo Fomenko’s men as they faced Spain while 32-year-old Oleh Husiev stayed at the bench (Oleh has 97 caps to his name).
The game against Spain was the 53rd cap for Andriy Yarmolenko. Unfortunately he didn’t score his 21st goal for the Yellow-Blues.
Yevhen Khacheridi is third best Kyivan in terms of number of caps. The match against Macedonia was his 37th appearance for the national team.
Denys Harmash has played his 22nd game for Ukraine. He had chances to score his third goal in international matches, but didn’t.
Artem Kravets has made his ninth appearance for the national team. He netted four goals in these games. Serhiy Sydorchuk has seven caps and two goals to his name while Serhiy Rybalka – six appearances.
