97 years ago, on May 13, 1927, a historic event took place, which is considered to be the day of the foundation of FC Dynamo Kyiv.
This year's birthday is celebrated by the glorious Kyiv club in a difficult time for Ukraine and, together with the whole country, is making maximum efforts to bring victory in the war closer.
Despite all the difficulties of wartime, the club is developing, improving its infrastructure. A lot of attention is paid to the upbringing of new talents who will glorify Ukraine. That’s what Dynamo academy works on every day which has many players of the youth national teams of various age groups. The main task for the club – beside to working for the victory of our country in the war – is to support the development of football in Ukraine, to preserve and increase the glory of the great club and the country on the world stage.
On this day, we pay tribute to everyone who contributed to the history of the club, as well as special tribute to those Dynamo fans who are now defending Ukraine at the front line. Every day we thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for preserving football in Ukraine and look into the future with optimism and hope.
